Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family and was born on the 7th of December, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. After his secondary and primary schooling, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained the BSc in Architecture.
AAU also presented him with an honorary Doctor of Science award. While still in AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began exploring ministry while still in AAU. Oyakhilome The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship, which is now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was at the time known as the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship.
YFC grew rapidly and was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s main office. The Believer’s LoveWorld is home to millions of associates and followers across the world.
