Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973 and was the son of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. He was a pupil at the secondary and primary school, then he went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria, where he got an BSc. in Architecture.
AAU also gave him an honorary Doctor of Science Award. He is also a recipient of an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was earlier married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.
Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his ministry career while at AAU. The Believers LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.
YFC was growing, and eventually became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is now home to millions of associates and followers all over the globe.
