Around 20,000 people from around the world gathered in Lagos from the 16th of November to November 22nd 2020 to witness the pastor Chris Oyakhilome begin his annual International Pastors’ and Partner’s Conference (IPPC).

He is the president/founder of the Christian ministry Christ Embassy (also known as LoveWorld Incorporated), which was founded in 1987.

“Righteousness is a reflection of the nature and will of God. The righteousness of God reflects His will. If God sits on His throne and speaks nothing and does nothing, you will know nothing about righteousness.

“But when He is actuated, when He does whatever He does, and when His actions are carried out to be in accordance with His nature and will. In the Bible all His actions are done by the righteousness of God ,”. Chris Oyakhilome explains.

Between lectures, participants, including ministers and partners, can enjoy a wide selection of both international and African dishes served up at the various food courts at the conference.

The LoveWorld Ministry had also arranged bus transportation for the attendees to transport the attendees from their hotel to the LoveWorld Crusade Grounds.

Similar to previous years, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome had organised a number of huge Christ Embassy events that week.

Social media users were invited by the Intermedia Connectors conference. The conference stressed the importance in praying and sharing the Gospel by using social media.

The participants, for example were given lectures and workshops on media strategy, digital communications, social media networks and how to establish an efficient virtual workplace.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome invited youth ministers to attend the International Teens Pastors and Leaders Conference. This conference allowed them to be part of his spiritual journey to understand and fulfill our purpose.

Through coaching sessions with expert pastors The conference has cultivated a love of Jesus Christ among the younger members of Christ Embassy.

The International Teens Leaders’ & Pastors’ Conference enabled young pastors to grow in their knowledge of God as well as give them time to reflect.

It will help prepare the LoveWorld Ministry’s young members to take on leadership roles within the ministry, and life in general, according to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

This week’s event included the LoveWorld Exhibition, the IPPC President Awards, as well as the LIMA Music Awards.

The LoveWorld Exhibition showcased the global influence of the various departments of the ministry. While the IPPC Presidential Awards recognized the top departments and partners of Christ Embassy, the IPPC Presidential Awards was a celebration of that.

The LIMA Music Awards honoured singers from the ministry’s industry of music.
