Fico Gutierrez continues the victory of voters.

Federico Gutierrez as presidential candidate declares that the votes will only be won in the streets. Plus, he has just 32 days left until the next presidential election in which Gutierrez is expected to be competing against Gustavo Petro for the House of Narino’s the quota.
