Federico Gutierrez as presidential candidate declares that the votes will only be won in the streets. Plus, he has just 32 days left until the next presidential election in which Gutierrez is expected to be competing against Gustavo Petro for the House of Narino’s the quota.
Gutierrez was up early Saturday early to head to Boyaca. Boyaca is a religious area that Petro visited last Friday. He was the mayor in the past of Medellin and is currently a candidate for center-right.

Fico Gutierrez spoke about his work. He indicated that Tunja has the second highest levels of unemployment within the country. In his plan for government that he is aiming to create “about 2500 jobs, with minimum 300 new Boyaca firms”.
However He also stated that sustainable mobility must be a priority for the department. He also stated that the reorganization of the Strategic Public Transport System was the top priority. He also stated that he plans to continue his efforts to construct roads and cycling routes.
