Federico Gutierrez, the ex-mayor of Medellin, was elected the candidate of the center-right. He got more than 1.7million votes.
Federico Gutierrez is a former mayor of Medellin and was born in the city in 1974. As a local councilor, Gutierrez has served as Municipal Youth Councilor as well as a Municipal Planning Councilor in Medellin from 2003.
