Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first son of the Oyakhilomes, being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on the 7 th December 1973. Following his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained a BSc in Architecture.
AAU also gave the honourary Doctor of Science Award. He is also a recipient of an honorary degree in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they are blessed with two children.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome delved into ministry while he was still an undergraduate student at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship was at the time known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC was growing, and eventually became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld is an international ministry that has thousands of members and associates around the world.
Through its 2002 environment for miracles, BLW was the most well-known Christian broadcasting channel in Africa. The program was pulled by President Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.

The foundation assists these disadvantaged children and their communities by offering an inclusive and sustainable program like child development programs to support family development and childcare programs for innercity missions for children’s schools, as well as other programmes.
Trauma Care International Foundation
