Chris Oyakhilome: Biography Of The President of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome, a Nigerian TV host and pastor, is the author. He is also the president of Believers’ LoveWorld Inc., also known under Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family and was born on the 7th of December, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. Following his primary and secondary education, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained the BSc in Architecture.

AAU also gave him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also holds an honorary Doctor of Science from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was one time a husband to Anita Obhodaghe. He and she have two wonderful children.

While still attending AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his journey into ministry. At the time, the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC was quickly growing and soon became the largest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld now has millions of associates and followers across the world.

Through the 2002 atmosphere of miracles, BLW became Africa’s most prominent Christian ministry. The program was canceled in May of 2004 after the president Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria declared that churches must stop broadcasting miracles.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four distinct parts of publishing ministry (healing ministry) and television ministry (teaching ministry) and healing ministry (publishing ministry). He developed the healing school, the environment for miracles, and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation, an initiative aiming to enhance the potential of leadership in Africans have, was founded. The foundation celebrates, recognizes and assists young Africans who are exemplary leaders by positively impacting their generation. They do this by educating and guiding youth and youth empowerment.

The foundation recognizes the achievements of the young leaders with an award ceremonycalled The Future African Leaders’ Awards. This ceremony is held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena(LCA) Billings Way Oregun Ikeja. The winners receive an award by the Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (President of BLW).

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission to children is a faith based nongovernmental Organisation. In 2005, the NGO was created to aid the most orphaned and needy children living in the poverty of their homes.

Children and their families are supported by the foundation’s participatory and sustainable interventions. They include childcare programmes, child development programmes and strengthening of families.

The Trauma Care International Foundation was established to improve the quality of life and the general health of communities and nations through promoting improved emergency response services for accidents and emergencies. The foundation aims to accomplish this through community-based initiatives and advocacy, as well as health education and advocacy. It also assists in implementing the national policies for trauma treatment.

The foundation has conducted over a thousand first aid, safety, and emergency response training. The foundation has trained over 1000 police officers, teachers, caregivers, and road transportation employees. Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a world-wide church that provides medical and aid for those internally displaced or are refugees from areas affected by natural or human-made disasters.

The outreach comprises students from across the world including paramedics, doctors and Christian healthcare professionals. These volunteers offer medical care, emergency relief and sustainable healthcare solutions for communities and regions that are in need.

VMC also provides local health services and manpower education for health professionals. Anyone who’s primary goal is to improve health and provide assistance to the most who are in need can join the VMC outreach.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM).
Bible For All Mission is a christian, non-profit organization which is committed to the creation, distribution, and worldwide distribution of the Bible to all generations and genders, in the language and format they can be able to comprehend. In this way they are able to be able to hear God’s Word, and receive the life-changing message.

BFAM has been able to distribute hundreds of thousands of complimentary copies of Rhapsody Bible to communities, hospitals, prisons as well as private and public institutions across the globe which include Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Turkey. Due to the strong, knitted network of Bible volunteer sponsors across the globe, this outreach was feasible.
