Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on the 7th of December 1973 and was the son of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. After his primary and secondary schooling, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained the BSc in Architecture.

YFC increased in size, and was the largest college organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of followers and associates around the globe.

The foundation is able to help in the implementation of national policies in trauma care by supporting the advocacy process as well as health education and community-based programs.

The foundation has conducted over 1000 first aid emergency, safety, and training. Their record shows that they were able to train thousands of teachers, students, law enforcers caregivers, road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps
The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a worldwide Christian organization that offers medical aid and assistance for those internally displaced or have been forced to flee areas that are affected by man-made or natural disasters.
