Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the first child of the Oyakhilomes being born to Tim Oyakhilome and Chris Oyakhilome on 7 th December 1973. He went to primary and secondary school. After that, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria in which he earned a BSc. In Architecture.
AAU has also conferred on him an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honorary doctorate from Benson Idahosa University in divinity. Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they have two children.
Chris Oyakhilome Ministry
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his ministry journey while still at AAU. At the time the Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship, now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated was known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
Oyakhilome YFC increased in size, and became the largest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld is a worldwide ministry which has thousands of associates around the world.
Through its 2002 atmosphere for miracles, BLW was the most well-known Christian broadcasting channel in Africa. They stopped airing this programme in May 2004 after the former President of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles must be stopped by churches.

Future Africa Leaders’ Foundation (FALF)
The Future Africa Leaders Foundation was established to expand and explore the leadership potentials Africans. The foundation identifies, celebrates and supports young Africans who have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills by influencing their generations positively. They accomplish this by teaching and guiding youth and youth empowerment.
The foundation acknowledges the work made by these young leaders with an annual ceremony called The Next Africa Leaders’ award. This ceremony takes place on the eve of every new year at LoveWorld Convocation Arena. The winners are presented with an award by the Reverend Chris Oyakhilome (President of BLW).

The InnerCity Mission for Children is a faith-based Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the NGO was established to assist the needy, orphaned, and vulnerable children who live in the poverty of their homes.
Through participatory and sustainable programs, the foundation assists these families and children who are who are in need. They include programs for child development, childcare, strengthening family programmes, and InnerCity Mission for Children School.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The TraumaCare International Foundation was established in order to improve health and longevity for the local community. They also promote improved emergency response services when there are emergencies or accidents. The foundation’s mission is to support national policies concerning trauma care through advocacy, community-based health programs, health education and advocacy.
Over a thousand were given first aid as well as emergency response training through the foundation. Their track record indicates that they were able teach thousands of students, teachers as well as law enforcement personnel as well as caregivers and road transporters.
Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC)
The Volunteer Medical Corps (christian medical outreach) is a world-wide church that provides medical and aid to people who are internally displaced or refugees from regions affected by natural or manmade catastrophes.

Bible For All Mission is a christian, non-profit organization that is dedicated to the production, distribution, and global distribution of the Bible to all generations and genders, in the language and format they can understand. The mission helps them understand God’s Word and also the life-changing message he has for them.
BFAM was able to distribute hundreds and thousands of free Rhapsody Bibles to hospitals, prisons as well as communities across numerous countries, including South Africa and Nigeria. Through a network of Bible sponsors and volunteers around the world, this outreach was possible.
