The Kerem Tunnel, Israel’s newest cycle tunnel, is constructed as a part of the 42-kilometer cycle route which is a loop around the capital.

Elkin’s Ministry, Tourism Ministry, Jerusalem Municipality and Gihon Corporation contributed approximately NIS 25 million for the project. The work was carried out by the Jerusalem Development Authority.
