Mayor of Frontino has criticised General Zapateiro because he got involved in an unresolved conflict

Jorge Hugo Elejalde was elected as the mayor of Frontino (Antioquia) and is now a part of the debate over the war between Gustavo Petro , presidential candidate, and General Eduardo Zapateiro the Army commander. This riffraff began with the attack on the Gulf Clan in Frontino this week.

The president claimed that the matter of the attack and killing of seven soldiers had been lost, and that they should concentrate on a political battle instead of seeking to find the culprits.

“I call on the general, instead of being fighting against presidential candidates during the presidential election The general must focus on coming to defend us, and put on his boots,” Elejalde said.

The mayor invites Diego Molano, the minister and general to visit Frontino for a discussion about violence issues that plague the city.
