Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on 7 7 of December 1973, to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first son of the family. He was educated in primary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University. After graduation, he earned an BSc Architecture.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry career while at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship was at the time known as Youths For Christ (YFC).
YFC was quickly growing and soon became the largest college group. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s headquarters. The Believer’s LoveWorld has millions of followers and associates around the globe.
