Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome and was born on 7 December 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He attended secondary and primary school. After that, he attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with a BSc. In Architecture.

While still attending AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his journey into the field of ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.
YFC has grown to become the biggest campus fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the location of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is now a global ministry with millions of members and associates all across the globe.
In the context of the 2002 miracles, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The program was canceled in May 2004 when the president Olusegun Obasanjo of Nigeria announced that churches should cease broadcasting miracles.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four different branches that include publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry and the teaching ministry. He developed the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation has been set up to research and expand the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation recognizes, celebrates and assists young African leaders who have made a positive impact on the generation they lead. The foundation honors the achievements of these young leaders through an award ceremony dubbed the Future Africa Leaders” Award. Through participatory and sustainable interventions The foundation helps families and children who are in need. These include child development programmes for childcare, family strengthening programs, and InnerCity Mission for Children School.
Trauma Care International Foundation
The TraumaCare International Foundation was established in order to enhance health and longevity for the local community. They also provide better emergency response services in the event of is an emergency or accident. The foundation will assist in implementing the national policies for trauma treatment by providing the advocacy process, health education, and community-based programs.
Over a thousand hours of training for emergency safety and security were provided by the foundation. They are credited with educating over 1,000 schoolchildren police officers, and teachers, as well as caregivers, teachers and road traffic workers.
Volunteer Medical Corps
