Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family, and was born December 7, 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He went to primary and secondary school, then he went to Ambrose Alli University (AAU) in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria, where he got an BSc. In Architecture.

YFC increased in size, and was the largest college organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is now a global ministry with millions of followers and associates all across the globe.

The Trauma Care International Foundation was established in order to enhance the health status and life expectancy of the local community and nation by promoting enhanced emergency response capabilities in the event of accidents and emergencies. The foundation plans to accomplish this feat by educating the public about health as well as advocacy and community-based programs , while also providing assistance to national policies on trauma treatment.

Over a thousand hours of training for emergency safety and security were offered by the foundation. The foundation has trained over 1000 police officers, teachers as well as caregivers and road transportation workers.

BFAM has been able to distribute thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible to communities, prisons, hospitals, private and government institutions across the globe which include Gambia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Brazil, Egypt, Poland, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and Turkey. Through a network of Bible publishers and volunteers across the globe, this outreach was feasible.
