Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was born on the 7 th of December 1973 to Mr and Mrs Tim Oyakhilome, as the first child of the family. He completed his primary and secondary education at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. The university awarded him an BSc.

While still studying at AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome got involved in the ministry. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.
YFC was able to grow to become the largest campus-based church. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Chris Oyakhilome Family Lagos is the church’s main office. Believer’s LoveWorld, a worldwide ministry with millions upon millions of associates around the world, is now called Believers LoveWorld.
With the 2002-themed miracles program, BLW became Africa’s most popular Christian ministry. The program was cancelled by the president Olusegun Obasanjo in May 2004.
Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four different branches including publishing ministry, the healing ministry, television ministry; and teaching ministry. It is from these ministries that he has culled out the healing school, atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris live global prayer network.

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation has been set up to research and develop the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation will achieve this goal by helping to implement national policies on trauma and health education.
Over a thousand have received first aid, safety and emergency response instruction through the foundation. Their record shows that they have been able to train thousands of teachers, students as well as law enforcement personnel, caregivers and road transport workers.
Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC)
