Chris Oyakhilome. Biography and the philanthropy of the president of Christ Embassy Church

Chris Oyakhilome is an Nigerian pastor television host, pastor, and writer. He is the CEO and President of Believers’LoveWorld Incorporated which is and is also called Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child born to the family of Oyakhilome, and was born 7 December 1973, to Tim Oyakhilome. He went to primary and secondary school. He then attended Ambrose Alli University (AAU) located in Ekpoma, Edo State of Nigeria and graduated with a BSc. In Architecture.

AAU also awarded the honourary Doctor of Science. He also has an honorary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Reverend Chris was once married with Anita Obhodaghe and they have two beautiful children.

While in AAU Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began exploring the ministry while in AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

Chris Oyakhilome Biography YFC has seen rapid growth and was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the church’s headquarters. Believer’s LoveWorld is an international ministry that has thousands of members and associates all around the world.

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative designed to develop and expand the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation acknowledges, honors, and supports young African leaders who have had a a positive impact on their generation. They accomplish this by educating, youth empowerment and mentoring.

The foundation honors the achievements put forth by the young leaders with an annual ceremony dubbed The Next Africa Leaders’ prize. This ceremony takes place on the eve of every new year at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena. The award is presented to the winners by the President of BLW the Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.

The InnerCity Mission For Children

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based nongovernmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005, the NGO was established to assist the poor and homeless, orphaned and children who are vulnerable .

The Trauma Care International Foundation was founded to enhance the quality of life and health in local communities and nations. The foundation also advocates for improved emergency response in the case of emergencies and accidents. The foundation will achieve this feat by supporting national policies on trauma care and health education.

Over a thousand people were given first aid and safety training through the foundation. Their record shows that they were able to teach thousands of students, teachers as well as law enforcement personnel, caregivers and road transporters.

Volunteer Medical Corps (VMC).
The Volunteer Medical Corps is an international medical outreach of the christian faith. It provides relief materials, medical aid, and education for refugees and internally displaced individuals within affected regions.

The outreach team includes paramedics, students, and Christian workers from all over the world. They provide support with emergencies, and sustainable health care solutions for areas in crisis.

VMC also provides services like health care to areas in need and education for health workers in the community. VMC is available to all with the goal of improving health and providing aid for those who are most in need.

Bible For All Nation (BFAM)
Bible For All Mission, a christian nonprofit organization, is committed to the production, and distribution of the Bible in a format and language they understand. By doing this, the outreach is helping them learn God’s Word and also receive the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

BFAM has successfully distributed hundreds of thousands of free Rhapsody Bibles to prisons, hospitals and communities in many countries which included South Africa and Nigeria. Because of the strong knitted network of Bible volunteer sponsors across the globe the outreach was possible.
