While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was a pupil. He began exploring the ministry while in AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship was then known as Youths For Christ (YFC).

YFC expanded and was the largest of the fellowships on campus. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. The Believer’s LoveWorld is home to millions of associates and followers all over the world.

BLW became the most well-known Christian ministry on TV across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” program in 2002. The programme was canceled in May 2004 by the President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo who announced that the churches would no longer broadcast miracles on television.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry is divided into four parts including healing ministry, publishing ministry, teaching ministry, and television ministry. He created the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles, and the Pastor Chris global prayer network from these ministries.

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation (FALF) is an initiative that aims to enhance and develop the potential of leadership in Africans. The Bible is accessible in every language and format that they know about. In doing this, the ministry is helping them learn the Word of God and be able to experience the life-changing message that Jesus has for us.

BFAM has provided hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, prisons, hospitals as well as other institutions across the world and includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. This was possible because of a global network of Bible sponsor volunteers, donors and other supporters.
